Sal Panasci

Panasci graduated from the Philadelphia College of Art (now the University of the Arts) with a degree in Graphic Design in 1971. Post-graduation he undertook an exciting and successful career in advertising. After a devastating taxicab accident, he was diagnosed with a mild traumatic brain injury and blindness in one eye. Panasci was a patient of Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital when he saw the 1996 Art Ability exhibition and was inspired to begin painting. He studied at Chester Springs Studio and with Nantucket watercolorist William Welch. Panasci now paints in a variety of media and his works are in numerous corporate and private collections.
